What Stillbay provides

Stillbay is a private self-reflection and emotional offloading tool. It helps you write down a matter, look at it gently through optional prompts, and store it in a private space called Harbor.

What Stillbay does not provide

Stillbay is not:

• therapy
• medical care
• mental health treatment
• diagnosis
• crisis support
• legal advice
• emergency service
• a substitute for qualified professional help

If you are in danger, may harm yourself or others, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you enter into Stillbay. You should not enter content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant Altivis Limited permission to process your content only as needed to operate Stillbay, provide requested features, generate requested interpretations, maintain security, and improve reliability.

AI and reflections

Stillbay may provide short reflections through the "A gentle read" feature. These reflections are generated for personal self-reflection only.

They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. You should not rely on them as professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse Stillbay
• attempt to access systems without permission
• interfere with service operation
• reverse engineer protected parts of the service
• use the app for unlawful purposes
• upload malicious code or harmful content
• abuse support channels

Availability

Stillbay may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the app to improve safety, reliability, design, or functionality.
